The ice pack is anatomically shaped for a slightly bent knee and attaches with elastic velcro bands letting you move without slippage. Rolls up with the velcro for sdmall space in freezer. Great!

It’s great for post-op knee surgery recovery.

Love this, got it after my knee root repair and meniscus surgery. I like that it's long enough to cover over and below the knee (I'm 5'3", short legs) and has the strap that secures it. It's helping alot. The only thing I don't like is that I wish it would go all the way around the knee and it would keep cooler a bit longer. The gel warms up a bit too quick for me.

I'll be candid. When I received the Comfytemp "3D Knee Ice Pack Wrap for Injuries Reusable Gel, FSA HSA Eligible, Knee Cold Pack Physical Therapy for Leg Pain Relief, Replacement, Arthritis, Muscle Recovery, After Surgery Gift, Women Men," I was skeptical. The pack is rather thin and I wondered how effective it would be.I tried the pack last night and can say honestly that it was very effective in cooling my knee.The Comfytemp has two thin wings and a thicker center, effectively shaped for a knee at rest. The ice medium is rather stiff both at room temperature and frozen, and this initially gave me pause. However I found that it effectively contoured to my knee, in spite of the stiffness.Of note are the two generous straps, long enough to fit even my leg. After 1/2 hour the side panel ice was melted but still cool. The center pack still was partially frozen, and my knee was well chilled.The cover material is not very thick, but is soft and comfortable on the skin. So it may be a bit cold for some. However, it's easy enough to place a thin hand towel between the pack and your skin to tone down the cold. But I found that it didn't take long for the pack temperature to equalize with my skin, reducing the cold burn. To be honest, I'd rather have too little material than too much. It's easy to add a cloth.The Comfytemp was far more effective on the sore knee than the single ice packs I have used in the past.

This ice pack works well for the knee. The two straps that wrap around are a good length to accomodate a variety of knee sizes. This ice pack, however, will only cover up about 3/4 circumference around the knee. So, if you you have pain in the front and back of the knee, you will need an additional ice pack to cover the whole knee.

Overall, this knee wrap works well both cold and warm. It conforms well to the knee and the straps keep it wrapped securely. But! One side of the pack is made of plastic and the other is a soft fabric, and I don't understand why it's not meant to be worn with the fabric facing the skin. The velcro straps can't be reversed and the plastic side is just too cold for me.

I like how simple it is to use, just throw the ice pack in the freezer for an hour or so and it’s good to go. The Comfytemp Adult 3D Knee Ice Pack is very comfortable on the knee and the velcro straps hold the pack snugly in place. The straps are really easy to adjust, just tighten to your liking and adhere them to the band. This is a very useful item that is great to have on hand when you need some relief for knee pain. I haven't tried it yet as a hot wrap, but it’s fantastic that you have the option it use it either hot or cold. Overall a wonderful product.
