Use this on my toddler for all the bumps and bruises she collects. I can't believe how well it works for her, makes a huge difference from just one application. My mum has used it on a stubbed toe and sprained shoulder, and I have also used it, and we only have good things to stay. Has a bit of a strange smell and is a gel like consistency. Small amount spreads far.

Excellent for muscles even for muscle cramps.

I have used Atrogel for many years now. When my hip was very painful, before I had a replacement hip I used the gel every day to help relieve pain. Now using this to help me sleep as I have pins and needles and burning pains in my top left leg, and I do get a good nights sleep without tossing and turning with discomfort. Also it has mostly Arnica plant in the ingredients and just a small amount of Ibuprofen, so is better for long time use.

I've been using this arnica gel twice daily on my husband's arms for 2 weeks after he had a recent angioplasty, which resulted in extensive and deep bruising in both arms.Arnica is THE BEST remedy for bringing bruising out of tissue and this gel certainly helped alleviate that deep bruising.I can't honestly say if it helped reduce the pain in his arms post-procedure as he was in a lot of discomfort and had to take regular pain killers, but this gel did 100% bring the bruising out in double quick time, which will have helped reduce the pressure and swelling in his arms.My only criticism is that the gel is very gloopy - which is not something I have encountered with other arnica gels. But that's a minor criticism.It did the job, and that's all I was requiring of it.

Bought in hope but not much belief that this would help fade my bruises after breaking my ankle and then falling off my crutches (doh!). This stuff is amazing! I had loads of bruising on foot and leg - had a removable boot instead of a plaster cast so could use arnica almost straight away. Also had big bruise on arm from crutch fall. Usually takes me about 2 or 3 weeks to get rid of a bruise. With Arnica took 3 days to see a massive difference, 6 days and most of brusing was gone. I applied 3 times a day. It didn't help with the swelling however.

Have always bought Vogel arnicaI used to own a little health store and this was by far the best seller!

Bought this to help with post surgery bruising and swelling as read it may help. To b honest it didn't work for me but maybe my surgery was to extensive for it to work. I usually like natural remedies so thought I'd give it a go .
