I have noticed that it seems easier to keep weight off, and I feel that my gut health is improving. I was having trouble easily gaining weight if I did not watch my diet very carefully. With the Akkermansia my weight seems to have stabilized, and that is wonderful since I have not seen that happen with other probiotics or supplements. Just put this product on “subscribe and save” since it works well for me.

First time taking it I was gassy. But after that my movements are 2/3 regular.

Did anyone notice the ingredients has changed with chicory inulin and according to research this may cause some health effect on the kidneys. I just ordered my second bottle and I noticed the label and ingredients changed. Will be returning. I like the previous ingredients better.

I swear by probiotics. I went through a time where my gut health was working less than adequate. I tend to use them on and off throughout the year but especially after those bouts of antibiotics. I did try this new strain called akkermansia but didn't notice a difference between other multibiotics that I had used in the past. Besides that, this did work for me as far as keeping my system on the up and up.

I am impressed with the 300 billion afu of akkermansia in this pre and probiotic supplement. I have heard much about the benefits of akkermansia, a probiotic strain that supports the gut and immune system. What's great is the addition of vitamin B2, vitamin D and chromium. This supplement is free of fillers except fo the microcrystalline cellulose. The capsules are easy to swallow with no noted aftertaste. I find that these are helpful with my digestion and less bloated.

The capsules are easy for me to swallow and no odd flavor or smell. It does seem to help with my digestive issues.The price seems reasonable.

I don't see a difference in my digestion or gut health with these pills. they are easy to swallow however.
