Beautiful whiskey at a good price. Can’t say what it tastes like it was a present for my mum accidentally bought a better Glenmorange than the normal that you get in the supermarket and she loves smooth Smokey with a touch of peat so she says. I don’t think I’ll get a look in when it’s comes to a taste 😂

A great smooth malt, one of my favourites. There are no bad drams but this is really nice

I really liked the "Original". At the moment, you can get the 12-year-old Original in all stores for £29. Lasanta is everywhere for £53. The price difference is simply huge. Of course, I’m just a casual whiskey enthusiast and don’t pick up on all the subtle nuances, so my opinion is purely personal. I can sense pleasant vanilla notes in the "Original" by smell, but in Lasanta, these same vanilla notes come with hints of old wine, as if someone forgot to wash the glass after wine and poured Original into it. The taste is slightly more interesting, but far from a "wow" experience, as one might expect from the price. If they were the same price, of course, you could consider it as something different. Many will likely disagree with me; perhaps I just don’t appreciate sherry-finished whiskeys, as it turns out. 🙂

This is absolutely delicious, a good price, and worth every penny. My new favourite.
