Pentel - R50 Ball - Liquid Ink Rollerball - Retro Edition - Pack of 4 - Black/Blue/Red/Green

Purchased this pack because I wanted some pens for writing up and marking drafts. They strangely came in a little clear plastic bag rather than a box or average pen packaging. When I tried using the black pen there was no consistency to the amount of ink it lays no matter what angle I write at. It jumps from barely anything to too much ink. There's a photo demonstrating my attempts to have a constant flow with all the pens. Another odd thing is that the 'blue' ink pen is actually purple. It's a nice purple but it's misleading calling it blue. The worst thing is that the black pen started leaking four days after getting them.I suggest finding different pens from elsewhere if you want to write. Never been so disappointed of pens of all things.

I've been using Pentel roller ball pens since the 1970s.... the writing always looks like it's been done by a liquid ink fountain pen and they are so comfortable and smooth to use.

Liked the choice of colour..one of each black, blue, red and green. Used to buy the black ink pentel pens when at school and college. Arrived on time.
