Bang-up Fixed Blade!
The Kizer Hare is a solid, full tang, fixed blade knife that's more than capable of handling most day-to-day cutting tasks. It has a fine feel to it that, when taking hold of it, one can certainly appreciate the build quality and craftsmanship that seems akin to a far more expensive knife. The micarta handles are also first-rate and add quite a bang-up look to the knife. I picked up the brown burlap model and couldn't be happier with the purchase. It's sharp out of the box, easily slicing paper with ease. I've also sliced through onions and carrots with the Hare without any difficulty whatsoever. It's quite adequate for small kitchen tasks! If there is a negative, I would say, and this is nitpicking, the finger choil could be just a bit deeper. That's merely a preference of mine; the Hare is still a superb knife. Cheers!

The Izula2 KILLER!
Technically 4.8 stars, but still, this is a great little fixed blade you can carry everywhere. Perfect ergonomics! This fits in the hand perfectly (I wear a large glove). There’s only two things I didn’t like. First, the belt clip. It sucks. Just throw it away. The “techlock” makes it so the handle is uncomfortable on the side when you carry. I went with an ULTIclip for a true pocket carry, that’s comfortable. I don’t even know that it’s there! Finally, the 90° spine is not sharp. It will throw sparks from. A ferro, but they are just not hot enough to be effective so I would recommend taking a file and just clean it up to a perfect 90°. It did come with a little ferrocium rod and sticker. All in all this is a great little fixie, that honestly is an ESEE Izula killer!

Get it!
Just became my favorite knife. Perfect size for EDC. Came sharp and has a quality look about it. Not every handle has that expensive look just the one with the orange layer inside. Yes, the more expensive one. I’m very happy with this product.

Well designed and executed knife. Excellent customer support.
Extremely pleased with this knife. It will be my EDC for some time to come. The design is exceptional. Great communication and helpfulness from Catherine in their support department when I reached out. Couldn't be happier! I bought a second Kizer Hare for a family member as well.

Perfect EDC fixed blade
This is a great option for an EDC fixed blade. Small blade but good enough for most "daily tasks". Not my preference for acamping/hunting knife, but perfect for EDC. I choose to purchase a Ulticlip for pocket carry work great with that setup.

Terrific edc knife
I have a couple of Kizer folders and have been looking to get one of their smaller fixed blades for a bit to add to the edc group (I just have a few). Glad I did - blade size and shape is great for edc and pocket carry, though the handle is a bit short for my preference, it’s shaped well and the texture on the scales make it easy to get a good grip. I also like the jimping for both the thumb and forefinger. Well built and an excellent fit in the sheath. Got it for $49 (D2 steel) and consider it a very good value for the money and very happy with it.

Good ergos
I happen to be in a Kizer phase right now when this popped up on vine. You can see I’m into sheepsfoot pocket knifes. I would have preferred the micarta version but the color scheme on the green G10 is pretty good and the texture is good for gripping. The knife has very positive lock into sheath and there is decent thumb ramp to unsheath knife. The Molle clip doesn’t work with any of my Molle panels in my suv so I’ll probably try other clips to see which works better. Surprisingly I thought the spine was kinda rounded to use with the fire starter. Even though it has double jimping on spine the natural position of my grip results in thumb falling mostly on the unjimped section of spine, should have just made it continuous jimping the length of spine. Some comparison photos for size Kizer Gurus , Hare , Sparrow and October . Fixed knives Mora , Hare and Spyderco Mule.
