Doggone Pet Products GO-2-FRESH Carpet Deodorizer, Odor Neutralizer

We have a dog that's just naturally kinda stinky. He loves to roll around on the living room rug, so it gets pretty smelly from time to time. We usually steam clean if we have time, but this powder does provide an instant freshness if we have short-notice guests coming over. I can't really say it lasts more than 3 days, but it hides the puppy stink well without being too perfume-y. Wish the price was better, and I would use it more often.

This stuff is amazing. Has my home and carpet smelling so refreshing. Wish more would come inside packaging. After a few short uses it was all gone. Came half full but product worked since product is recommended to use after vacuum it leaves behind a gritty residue on the back of socks if walking without shoes.

I love it. The trick is to let it sit on the spot as long as you can. My floors are tile. Once a week I sprinkle some on my carpet and vacuum up for a fresh scent. I wash the dog beds in it. After I treat an area that the dog has marked he stays away from that area.

A MUST have product! Simply put. Shortly after my husband and I completed a pretty stressful military move with our 2 cats, 1 cat started urinating in a corner of our living room. CARPETED living room of all things (despite constant clean boxes and vet visits that ruled out medical issues). No amount of carpet shampooing was tackling this smell. Other products were simply "masking" it for a few days. I was at my wits end..close to ripping up all the carpet and replacing. Despite the hefty financial impact that would have made. Found this product assuming it was another masking product. Far from it!!! Sprinkled it on carpet. It sat for about 3 days. Honestly because between chasing my toddler around and seeing my husband off to deploy out to sea, i forgot i sprinkled it down. Even better..when i vacuumed the area...NO odor. No odor was being agitated into the air by vacuuming!! This will be a new must have staple in this house from now on

I guess I should have read the label more thoroughly before I ordered this. I only read the front of the bottle where it states, "Nontoxic"... and "Safe Around Children and Pets." When I received the product I read the back which states, "CAUTION: May be irritating to sensitive skin and eyes. Ingestion or excessive inhalation may have adverse health affects. Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet. Wear gloves while handling. In windy areas wear goggles. Wash hands after handling."How is this safe for children and pets?Also it does not list the active ingredient (I wanted to look it up). It only states, "Odor Counteractant Fragrance in an inert Organic Powder Base"

Does exactly what it says, eliminates odors. Does not just mask with heavy useless fragrance to cover odors, this literally eliminates offensive odors. I use on the carpet around the litter box, I no longer smell anything in that room, just a very light, pleasant fragrance....the smells of old cat urine in the carpet....gone. Even when they poop and leave it on top of the litter, I can no longer tell. The odor is gone! I also use it in the kitchen garbage can, odors gone! Not just masked....odors are gone. I am no longer worried if my 15 year old cat misses the litter box occasionally. I am thrilled to finally have found a product that does what it says. I am ordering again for myself having two cats, and one for my son who has six cats. Wish I could give this 10 stars.

This is just like any other carpet powder, just VERY strongly scented. I followed the instructions and left it on my carpet for one week. The first couple of days were almost unbearable because the scent was so strong. Then it faded and was ok. After vacuuming I don't think it actually eliminated any smells. It just covers smells with a very strong scent. Not worth the price, for sure.

One of my two cats is 18 years old. He made it to the litter-box but didn't enter completely and peed outside the box. One day I noticed my apartment smelled awful as soon as I entered. I tried to shampoo the carpet with a carpet cleaner and the detergent but the odor didn't go away. So, I've found this product and decided to give it a shot. Some of the reviews said the fragrance was too strong but it smelled very pleasant to me.I vacuumed the area first then sprinkled the product generously. As soon as the area was covered, the apartment was filled with the pleasant fragrance. (I got the Fresh scent) I've left it over night for the product to really work it through to kill the source of the odor. I may repeat it a couple of more times just to make sure, but so far so good!
