This Elodie 100ml EDT Fragrance from Ted Baker is a lovely scent featuring:Pink pepper, tea leaves and bergamot top notes;Magnolia, rose, fig and juniper heart notes;Moss, cedarwood, vetiver, musk, sandalwood and amber base notes.A fresh, feminine, bright, elegant, warm, softly sweet, slightly woody, subtly warm and spicy floral.I really didn’t pick up on too much pink pepper or bergamot - just a soft touch. I’m also surprised that the cedarwood and amber aren’t more prominent, but are there.It’s a more bright and fresh floral with a soft sweetness at first. As the fragrance evolves, it becomes more musky and woody-floral. Then, it continues as a woody-floral that has a prominent patchouli scent.I feel I should mention that I don’t have a lot of floral fragrances that I love, but this is a really good one. Also, I can be hesitant about fragrances with patchouli, but can also really enjoy them if done well like this one. For reference, my favourite floral scent containing patchouli and pink pepper is Lancôme La Vie Est Belle Eau de Parfum.I got an excellent performance with Ted Baker Floret Elodie EDT. The longevity is great, it lasts the entire day and I can still smell it the next morning. The projection is really nice too, it can be smelled from a few feet away.My finances no longer stretch to an expensive perfume, but this fragrance fills that gap. What drew me to this perfume was the patchouli, amber and floral (especially jasmine) notes described, as these are all scents I really like. I was a bit nervous about the fruity notes, as I really don't like products that smell sweet or of food. I had no reason to worry - this is a really lovely perfume. - Obviously, scented products are a very personal thing, but if you like deep resin scents like me, it should hit the spot.Very affordable & I've been wearing this every time I leave the house.

I'm a big fan of Ted Baker and their perfume also keeps their high standards. It comes in a really nice box with a lovely design (ideal for a present) and smells really nice. Very powerful while not being too over bearing.

I realise fragrances smell different according to the wearer's body chemistry, but unless I'm developing a cold or Covid or something, this one is "barely there" on me. I'm not getting anything unless I stick my wrist right under my nose, and even then, it's just generic sweetness, with no real, discernible notes. The "vibrant pink pepper and bergamot" of the description sounded captivating, but vibrancy is not what I'm getting."Subtle" or "understated" would be one way of putting it, but "nondescript" would be another.Oh well, the box is pretty though. It's pale mauve, and has a picture of what might be peach or apple blossom. A shame the scent doesn't help me identify which.

This is a lovely fragrance that is floral and very feminine but not overpowering in any way.The packaging and quality of the scent would make you think it cost way more than it did.It lasted quite well but at this price it's easy just to have a top up spritz as needed

A big fan of perfumes, I love to try new ones so I was pleased to be able to sample Ted Baker's Elodie in this large 100ml eau de toilette version. Beautifully packaged, it arrives in a delicate mauve coloured box featuring a magnolia in black and white - classy, contemporary and perfect for gifting.Over the years, i've gathered my favourite perfumes but as spring is on the near horizon, this is the time of year I most tend to be open to trying new, lighter fragrances in anticipation of the warmer months ahead. My favourites tend to be stronger eau de parfums but in these months I'll be able to use eau de toilettes like this and apply as necessary to keep the fragrance going.Elodie is a fruity floral with top notes of pink pepper and bergamot, heart notes of magnolia and rose and cedarwood and amber base notes. The bottle's worth a mention as it too looks stylish and modern. I think Elodie would have quite a wide appeal. It's not overpowering - which some may prefer - and is inoffensive. It's not long lasting and the sillage is not great so it will need fairly frequent application in my opinion. I don't at all see it as 'old lady-ish'. The pink pepper, cedarwood and amber give it a modern vibe.I'll wear this through spring/summer but personally I wouldn't get this again. For me, the sillage and longevity aren't much of a draw and the fragrance is somewhat pedestrian. That said, the value is reasonable, the Ted Baker name identifiable and the scent one that I feel would appeal to many - so could be a good safe gift.

Got this for my wife, its good quality, but it smells like old ladies. Its very floral and unpleasant for me!
