Nice and light. Spacious inside. Wheels enable it to rotate easily. Handle drops smoothly and easily. Great!

All things are good about the Samsonite except that I could not open it. I watched the video but still could not open it. What should I do?

Smart looking, roomy. Handle can be zipped back into bag so looks like a regular briefcase.Lots of pockets, 2 zipped areas and excellent organisation.

Premium feeling case, rolls smooth.Has a couple of nice design touches, like the holders for the straps while you pack.

Very pleased with my purchase. Smart and appears robust. Rather expensive but seems good quality.

Very light-weight case. Well designed. Handy TSA lock. Only minor is adjustable handle sticks and feels a bit wobbly. Hence 4 stars and not 5.

Haven't used the case yet but it seems good. It is nothing like the sturdy quality of my 25 year old smaller samsonite case - but it is much lighter and easier with the four wheels. So now to the combination lock which you need to be psychic to work out how to use. Firstly there were no instructions or leaflets. Eventually after searching all the zipped pockets, I found them (zip pocket at the back of inside suitcase base). This is just a guarantee and a label with a noddy diagram on it that is as clear as mud. The diagram also shows a key - which is why so many people think there should be a key! There is no key - I assume that the diagram just shows how the airport can open it in an emergency. I gave up on the diagram and came on here, and tried a few tips which didn't work. I had just about decided not to use the combination lock at all and use my usual small padlocks - but then I registered the suitcase with samsonite and the information is there. There is a bar code inside the suitcase which you scan that takes you to the page to register. This took ages as the product code boxes are not user friendly. One half of the code in box, the other half in the other box. Having finally finished registering it, it comes up with some options - one of which is how to use the combination lock. Tap on that and it takes you to a video - which shows the wrong suitcase with a different lock - however it did say to use a pen to push a small button. So back to my suitcase. The small button is so small I didn't even see it!. But that's what you do.1) Unlock the zip tabs using the pre-set code2) Use a pen nib to press the tiny button on top and keep that pressed down (see photo)3) Set whatever combination you want4) Take the pen out.5) Press the large side release button and the small one pops up again.6) Lock the zip ends in place and unlock using your new code.Hopefully it should be easy to use now.
