It’s a lovely addition to my bedroom.

It arrived quickly but was dented. Disappointed - the quality of the waste basket not worth the price. Would not purchase again.

Pretty wastebasket. Item should be stuffed with something to retain its shape . Arrived a bit bent & misshaped.

I am extremely picky when selecting items for my home, especially where colors are concerned. I will buy an item that I perceive will be just the right color even if it is more expensive than other offerings. Plus, I usually buy things that are a little unique and special even in the case of a normally-humdrum item like a wastebasket. This item was perfect for me: unique, lovely and using the exact colors I wanted to blend with my living room decor. In other words, I am very happy with my selection, despite the fact that I could have found a wastebasket for a lot less money. I guess the old saying applies here: “The heart wants what it wants.” P.S. For those of you who share my persnickety quality, the colors of the wastebasket were pretty true to what was pictured on Amazon (although the roses appeared slightly pinker).

I you're like me - live in a small space, and open mail / do all kinds of paperwork and projects on your lap in your "living room" - and need an attractive wastebasket to blend in with your decor, this one's it. It cost a bit more than I wanted to pay for "just a wastebasket"; but after looking for DAYS for something that had to be functional AND look good, I found this line. My favorite design wasn't in stock when I ordered, but this one is a good second choice.I find this to be substantial enough for my needs. But I agree with what some other Reviewers have said. This ISN'T a heavy duty piece, and isn't really suitable for wet areas (bathrooms or kitchens) or for holding food or other damp/wet waste. I wouldn't use a liner in it, as it would spoil the decorative look. But I only bought it to hold small amounts of paper and similar miscellaneous trash, and I find it perfect for that. AND pretty enough to hide in plain sight!

The pail is lovely design, well made and very pretty.Was just disappointed that the price I paid for it was discounted after I had placed my order!
