I see NO indication of country of origin marked on the pot or lid.

Do the handles get hot?

Yes. You need to use a potholder

is it 18/8 or 18/10 staubkess steel?

I have 2 pans both with ergonomic handles which I use every day and really like. The handles come attached and stay cool. I do not own the steamer.

Does it drip when we pour? We want to use it for heating milk for coffee. Most of the sauce pans drip when we pour.

It does not have a spout, so, may drip.
