Been reading a lot about how your body needs salts and so I ordered this and put it in water to hydrate. It's incredible. Just a little sweetness makes it not very salty at all and now my body craves it. Putting this product on subscription. It's a life hack.

Add the powder to 12 oz. of water along with a healthy diet and you are good to go. I have only been using it for around two weeks and I can feel a difference. I just feel better. Gave it 4 stars only because I am not a huge fan of the strawberry-kiwi flavor as a general rule, but this is pretty good and dissolves well in water.

It might work. But I can’t gag it down to even see. I’ve managed to drink it for two days and it was so disgusting, I wasn’t sure I could keep it down. Too… sweet? I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s just awful.

This product tastes great and is easy to use. Just make sure you mix it into your water well. Ideally use a shaker bottle if you have one. It makes me feel really energetic and helps with fasting too. It keeps you going. Since I've been using it I've managed to shed a few pounds too!

My husband used this product for 60 days, and lost a few pounds without modifying his diet whatsoever. If I could just get him to go full keto for a week or so, this product would have really made a big difference.

Tastes ok. I was hoping it would kick the keto diet into action. It doesn't seem to have made much difference but I am going to try one more jar before I give up.

I can’t tell you if this works, but I can tell you this is sickeningly sweet. I can’t even gag it down.
