Helps control psariasis. It seems to work for me and stop me from breaking out in hives quite so often.Smells like an old school medicated shampoo. I would say the scent is reminiscent of pine-tar and menthol.Surprisingly pleasant all things considered.

Strong smell, salicylic acid, it works.
Very strong medicine smell. Active ingredient is salicylic acid, the same ingredient in other shampoos, but without the smell. But it works and some people like the smell.
