Works with presenter
By default the clicker generated a down cursor code. I needed to change this to a right cursor code. This was very easy to do. The clicker has a good range too.

Bought for important presentation - brilliant!
Must confess I bought this with low expectations - my experience with technology that claims to be "plug and play" usually results in "plug and nightmare". But this device has a nice magnetic USB receiver that you unplug and put in your laptop, then it just works! We ran a full day of presentations with 6 different presenters walking all around a huge room and it worked brilliantly. Good to have the slightly bigger 'next' button and all presenters said it was great. Only thing to note is that we were presenting on a huge touch-screen and the laser pointer didn't work on that - worked on normal screens or backdrop though - must be something to do with the touchscreen technology on the big TV? Anyway it didn't affect us but bear it in mind. All round a great little product and does exactly what it says it should do - and comes with a nice little carrybag so it can live in your backpack...

Better Mac instructions should be included, but works well.
Worked well across a reasonable size lecture theatre (both for laser pointer and remote control of computer). Nice simple controls that are easy to describe and show to guest speakers.Needs clearer instructions on how to use with a Mac - simple when you look it up on their website, but should be included in the instructions (In essence, after inserting click a few times and then when it detects as a 'new keyboard' just select 'ANSI keyboard' and accept)

Perfect for my requirements.
Our new projector has a remote control, but it doesn't do 'next' / 'previous' slide (fair enough as that is a 'computer' function rather than a projector one), so I spent a while looking at the slide control remotes available. I wanted easy to use and to hold. The bulkier ones meet the 2nd requirement but had comments about how 'next' is the most awkward to reach. So eventually I picked this one for its Big Friendly 'next' button. So far it has 'just worked' with two Windows 11 laptops, plug in the receiver and off you go. I'm ignoring all the extra stuff it can do for now. Next/previous are, helpfully, the default settings for the buttons. It is thin but is still comfortable to hold. One comment complained that the 'must only use a 5v charger' warning put them off, but I checked a) my phone charger and b) the USB-A port on my socket tower, both are 5v so I feel this shouldn't put people off.

Stopped working
Bought the product in October 2023 and we have used it twice. It's ok, easy to set up and the couple of times we have used it, it's been great. When we came to use it the third time it doesn't charge, it doesn't do anything. Really disappointed really.

Recommended for visibility and customer service
Great green laser pointer. Easy and simple to use. Better visiblity than red laser pointers, even on tv screens. Check that the USB dongle is correctly inserted, otherwise it may fall out. Which happened to me unfortunately, but was replaced through a fast and great customer service. Comes with a little pouch for storage. I'd recommend this product.

Another example of tech design without consulting the customer first
This product works, but its design is poor. They have three buttons: Forward, backward, and laser. I'm unsure if anyone has used a laser with their clicker since 2000. It's a pointless feature that, if it is ever used at all, is used a fraction of the time compared to the back button. So if they had spoken with professional speakers before they designed it, they would have put the forward button in the most accessible place (on the bottom - closest to the thumb), the back button in the middle, and just left the laser button off, or at least moved it as far away from the thumb as possible. Had I saved the box, I would have returned it.
