good quality, better performance
I was using the OEM product. I wanted to try this one because of the price difference! The quality is same as the OEM but absolutely has better performance! I took at least two times more print out compare with the OEM one.I recommend everybody. this my second order and planning to order from this seller further as well...

works justfine
Cartridge arrived a day early. it was easy to install and it works just fine. Using it for less than a week now and now problems. I am quite happy and would order it again. If I have any issues down the road I will re-post my review.

Not feeling very secure
I got a new printer, and made about 25 labels on the starter on that came with it when I got this. I swapped them out. At first OK. A short time later I see an ! on the app, and wrote them and they had no idea what I was talking about. Now, after about 50 labels it says toner is empty. So far it is still printing, but that may not continue. i wonder if the chip they used is telling my printer it is used up? If so it will soon stop unless I figure out how to reset it. I shouldn't have to worry about this. I would exchange it but it says none available and no idea when they will get more.

I am not very happy with the three cartridges that I purchased
I installed my new cartridge and it worked great. The next day, well, not so good. The printer told me that my cartridge was not a Brother Cartridge and would not print. Later, the printer began printing again. Great, I ordered 2 more cartridges and just as they arrived, the printer quit again. I took out the cartridge and replaced it with a Brother Cartridge. I am not sure what I will do, but I feel that I need to return the cartridges. Sad

Works great and great value!
I loathe paying an arm and a leg for ink... so I figured I’d give this a try. Very happy I did!! Works just fine with my Brother printer and quality is same as name brand for my needs (black and white printing only). Will definitely buy again

Chip was already installed, prints beautifully
This was a perfect replacement for our Brother HL-L2395DW. The only gripe is the message on the toner life menu that reads "Non-Genuine supply"... but for less than half the cost, I will deal. Only thing to do now is print like crazy and see how long it lasts!

Affordable alternative to original cartridges
Worked perfectly with my brother printer. I cant tell any difference in the quality of the original cartridge and this one. Except of course this one is much more affordable. It took me a minute to figure out how to install it.
