I really liked how the phone was made with a non-slip rubber coating on its case. I like all the features as they are described, too. In fact, this phone seems to be perfect for my 76 yr old husband, who has both AMD and MCI!He needs a very simple, basic flip cell phone with BIG buttons, a BIG font, and an SOS emergency button. He just needs to make calls and text messages, but I think this one does a lot more. It is also compatible with our carrier, AT&T prepaid, and most if not all other 3G networks. Unfortunately, something was wrong with the first phone we received.It appeared to be used. The phone was dirty and not packaged like new. Torn box. No manual, so could not figure out how to get it to turn on after I charged it a while. I liked the way it seemed well-built and all of its features, so I returned it and ordered another, expecting to receive a new phone that would work well.No luck, though.With all one reads on Amazon reviews about these senior cell phones breaking down within weeks or months of purchase, I just wanted a brand new phone to start with. Again, it seemed this second phone was not new. No protective film on its screens, which were oily and cloudy. I applied alcohol and found a couple small scratches, and there was evidence of wear on its toggle button. Without seeing any reviews at all for this cell phone, I was too uncomfortable keeping it. Will send this one back, too.I wonder why there are no reviews at all on Amazon for this seemingly wonderful cell phone. It's been for sale at a great price (~$50) for at least a couple weeks now. My first review was refused because I focused only on the condition of the phone not being new. Giving more feedback this time of my impressions of it in my hand, I hope this review is deemed acceptable. It really appears to be a great phone and should have lots of good reviews!Still, I can't give it better than 3 stars since I've never been able to get a new one to try out. I just wish I could contact the Seller (Cingtai) so I could maybe get one that has not been used. Amazon days this is not possible, so I am giving up on it. Sadly, I can't find another cell phone that meets all our needs nearly as well. I hope others have better luck ordering and using it.

Great design but kept cutting itself off when I tried to set it up. It appeared as if someone had had it before I got it as there were unknown phone numbers stored.

Ezyer to use then smart phone for elderly, spatially has a amplifier for speaker for hard hearing people.

Excellent for seniors. Lively big and soft numbers. Display is a good size. Volume is great for ring tone and hearing.

Can't seem to find any SIM card to fit. Took to Verizon and they don't support this phone Worthless to me
