This battery bank is excellent!. It's solar power so you can charge it in the sunlight for a while and it's ready to go. It comes with a USB chord so you can plug your devices in. I found the design of this solar bank to be very unique. It comes with pre-made charging ends for different types of phone installed on the back of it. So even if u forget your phone charger it already has some. It functions as described. The battery is heavy but very powerful. It's portable so you can take it on the go and use it during travel. It would be ideal for camping because of the solar function. You would never have to worry about a dead phone during your outdoor trips. It's compatible with iphones and droids. Very pretty color. It also has a built in flashlight so you can use that on the go as well. If you open the top it has more slots for USB, and phone chargers. You can charge multiple devices with just this one battery. I have been using this battery to plug in my outdoor cameras and it works amazing for that. They always stay on and never stop working. This device is so useful and convenient. I've used this power bank to prepare for hurricane season and potential power outages, and it seems like it will do exactly what I need. It arrived on time and was packaged securely. I tested it briefly; it charged my phone quickly and held its power well. The built-in flashlight is bright, and I love that it has multiple USB ports so I can charge more than one device at a time.The solar panel is a great backup option. I plan to keep it fully charged and safely stored so I can use it if the power goes out during a storm. It's compact, feels durable, and gives me peace of mind knowing I'll have a reliable way to stay connected when the power is out.

Was having issues with my Samsung S25 Ultra. The moisture in port wasn't going away. Got this one as it had good reviews. Was happy when I got it because it was quickly charging my phone wirelessly. Now when I use it wirelessly, it's taking almost 3 hours whereas before it was fast charging like my wall charger in less than 2 hours. I don't know what changed but I'm very disappointed with the change in charge time. Been charging it over an hour now from about 10 % and it's only at 33%!!!! That's absurd. Feel like there may have been some false advertising or something. Besides most phones nowadays need a more powerful charger, which I thought this was. Why they're still selling chargers that take twice as long is beyond me?!?! Will be returning because I can't even get help with seller. Everything I do gets submitted as feedback. That's not what I want, I want help.

The media could not be loaded. Grabbed this charger since I am constantly losing power due to storms, and this is exactly what I needed and more. Came charged and ready to use when I opened it. I love the fact that it has multiple cord options on it, so I can charge more than just my phone. The size is perfect to be able to throw in my purse and go, seems like my phone is constantly losing its charge so this is great for constantly having a charger on the go. No worrying about plugging it in anywhere, the solar charge is an amazing function on this! It keeps its charge very long too, I have yet to need to recharge it. But if you would like to, it does have the option to be able to plug it into a wall outlet to charge it up too which is nice to have that option. You can also plug in your cord to the charger if you’re needing a longer charging cord!The flashlight built into this is perfect as well, has a few different lighting options on it. It’s very straightforward and easy to use! Just one button to manage all the functions of this.It’s also very durable, the rubber casing around it helps so much if you would happen to drop it at all.

The wireless charger worked for part of one charge then stopped working. The rest of the unit seems to work fine.Upon hearing about my problem with the wireless charger, they volunteered to issue a full refund. Thanks for standing behind your product!
