Done with plantronics (poly)
Having been in IT for nearly 40 years I have always been an advocate of platronics, in my mind the best on the market and via business accounts ordered easily 100+ of their devices over the years, I recently bought a full 2 ear headset, to update my old one..and it was no where near as good, people couldnt hear me, the headset kept falling off every time al leaned forward (and I have a big head), but having got fed up of having to take one earpeace off my ear to move the microphone closer to my mouth in every meeting I decided to buy anew. Despite this most recent experience, on ordering one of these I went straight to a plantronics search and found this, didnt want to spend another £200 on a full head set i found this, expecting the usual high standard I was used to before the word "poly" was introduced. I was wrong again, this sounded cheap on incoming sound, tinny, high pitched, distorted. and still people were saying they couldn't hear me. so that's it, something happened to plantronics I would say a number of years ago, and the old sets are incredible. But never again, this sounds like something bought from poundsavers! If I had paid sub £10 on it, I would have accepted it...but this is premium prices for cheap and nasty kit.

Solid Performance but Not Quite What I Expected – Voyager 5200 Review
I recently got the Plantronics Voyager 5200 Wireless Headset, and while it has some great features, I have a few mixed feelings about it. The sound quality is good for calls, but I expected a bit more clarity. The noise-canceling feature works well in quiet environments, but I’ve found it struggles a bit in louder settings, which can be frustrating. On the plus side, it’s comfortable to wear for long periods, and I appreciate the different ear tip sizes for a better fit. Battery life is decent, easily lasting throughout my workday, but I wish the range was a bit better; I often find myself needing to stay close to my device. Overall, it’s a solid headset, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations for the price.

Exceptional Bluetooth earpiece
I order this on a recommendation from a client to use whilst on the phone to product providers. The sound is incredible and noise cancelling is secojd to none. I'm so glad I bought this product as it helps me run my business far more efficiently. Would definitely recommend this product

Poor quality, bad sound, would avoid
The microphone quality was awful, very quiet no matter how I changed the settings to try to improve. The sound quality was very tinny, and was difficult to hear other people clearly if there was any background noise at all. Would avoid.
