Well packed, perfect fitment, good price, but . . It is not a flat mirror.
This mirror came well packed and fit right in. It has a bit of a fish eye effect, like what you would expect from the passenger side mirror. As such, it really is tough to use as you would expect from a drivers side mirror. The ad does not state this. If it was flat, then I would give it 5 stars.

A great replacement.
The product is a perfect replacement and rates 5 stars. But the instructions are too general and cost them a star. Back up this repair with a youtube video. It helps. Other than that, the product fits perfectly and works very well. It is a major savings on a mechanic repair.
