True to size and look as pictured. My daughter got them for a school dance and they are just the right amount of sparkle and a good height to learn ti walk in heels.

My 9 year old wore these and felt so grown. She did wobble a bit when walking the red carpet (daddy/daughter dance) but other than that, did great. I have a pair like them that i paid over $100 for.

My daughter's complained of how the strap was too thin over their toes. It seemed to rub in all the wrong ways, even though the sizing was accurate. It was slightly disappointing, but it looked nice for our event, and then it was promptly tossed in the closet never to be seen again.
