Just as advertised!
Received a few weeks ago and using it everyday. No problems or complaints. It was delivered on schedule and ready to plug in and use. Looks and feels like a brand new computer. Great price. Will buy again from this company! Only problem is the face plate that says Dell falls off, sent two email messeges to refurbisher for frame placte replacement and no responses.

Presently surprised on how clean he machine was
The machine was for my wife. It delivered what was promised. I was a little concerned over buying a used computer. Overall we both were impressed with the performance. I would differently purchase another machine from this refurbisher.

Don’t buy this!
My computer arrived today. It does not work. It’s bulky and old. It turned on when I first got it, and now it doesn’t turn on anymore. This is computer is a piece of s**t.
