why won’t it allow me to make monthly payments when i go to pay it’s saying the whole total

It won’t allow me to pay monthly even with setting up the basic one! Asks for all of the payment. Bit of a let down to be honest

does it work with iphone 5?

The Tractive GPS mobile app is compatible with the following devices: - iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch with iOS 12.0 or above. It is therefore not possible to track your pet using an iPhone 5. However, it is still possible to track using the web app at tractive.com.
