Q: Can the 1200 AC be used exclusively as a extender to an existing network without the hard wire?

Q: Can it be mounted to the wall? A lot of routers have specific mounting holes at the bottom to be hanged up on the wall, wonder if this one has them.

Dear Customer, This unit does have screw mounting holes on the bottom of the unit, there are 2 mounting holes on opposite sides of the router on the bottom in order to mount. Thank you, Nexxt Solutions Customer Support

Q: I have a 100 MB connection at home so I just wanted to know if i will have that spees with my devices ( the ones compatible with dual band)

Some IoT devices may have challenges connecting on the 5GHz band, it depends on the device you need to connect and if it’s compatible with 5GHz. The device manufacturer can confirm that information. The 5GHz band mainly will be used to connect devices that are located further away from the router where the signal may need to go through a lot of walls, rooms etc.. However, on the bright side all devices should or will connect to the 2.4GHz band.

Q: What service provider do you go with?

This service provider doesn’t matter. If you need to purchase to setup as a wireless router, wireless extender or an access point. It depends on what are your requirements. You will need to setup alongside your Provider’s modem via the WAN port.

This router was easy to setup and it works great

I needed a new router since I got tired of paying comcast for their rental fees every month for a crap wifi so I bought something to replace that. This thing was easy to setup, it works great and my speed is double what it was before. I did the speedcheck online and before I was getting 14-18mb on that old router and now I am getting 39-42mb, no joke… and that is with my router being on the other side of a 2000sf house.Great product and there's a ton of options that I will never use or understand. I has it set up as just an access point for awhile and found that super easy to do. Later I was able to reset the whole thing in seconds and get it running back as a router in minutes. Would recommend to this to a friend for sure.Great job NEXXT

Good job. Good price. Finally. After many fake WiFi routers.

Good repeater.. good price. Was little bit dificult to set as a repeater (no WAN wire in my apartment) ..but finally works.I had an WavLink before.. which was disaster.. Slow... to many disconnects and too hot.If with WavLink I had 19.0Mb/sec download... with this one I have arround 27.0Mb)sec... And no more disconnecting.And more.. is so small and he do a really great job. Have many smart settings and functions.. for a best signal.What is need.. he need more cooling radiator inside.. to be more cold for a long life.. For now is little hot but acceptable.O use it for my 4K 86" TV to watch 4K videos on YouTube and works great.. I don't know how will work for games but for browsing and movie's online.. is the right one for this price.So I recommend !! ✌️✌️✌️
