Can someone see it being pointed at them when it's turned on?

You will be noticed easily even with a camera on a cell phone. IR let’s you see but it also lets others see you. If you have security cameras on your home equipped with IR take your cell phone turn camera on and you will see.

What is the lumens of this light at 100% setting?

Since it is IR , it’s not measured it lumens, technically. I might have read somewhere that it was 180 lumens. But since it’s not on the same wavelength as the light that we see, not comparing apples to apples.

I have the pro 4K that came with a infrared light. So how is this one different?

Here is what I found from another person asking the same question: ATN Kyle Johnson: Sir the Supernova has more intensity settings and is more powerful than the IR850 Pro. ATN Kyle Johnson: The Super Nova will get you to about 800 yards the Pro will get you to about 400 yards.

How long does the battery last?

A fully charged 18650 battery will last around 5 hours.
