Q: does the aladdin mantle you sell also fit the aladdin lamp "23"? Your descrip says 12-23?

When looking at this item, we determined the 12-23 means the mantle fits lamps with the number 12-23. Our lamp numbered 12 and the mantle we ordered fits perfectly.

Q: I recieved a lil box with just the blue part not the whole complete mantle hw do i get help to talk to some one?

if it is only the blue net no wire frame than it is not for a Aladdin lamp it may be and lantern or some kind of gas light

Q: I’m wondering if someone can measure the inner diameter of the hole at the base of the mantle? I can’t seem to find this information online.

The hole in the bottom of the metal bayonet base measures about 1-1/4 inches. the bottom of the metal bayonet base is about 1-3/4 inches. The bottom of the actual cloth mantle measures about 1-3/4 inches. I hope this helps.
