Great derailleur.
I used this to replace broken Tiagra tab failure. Works the same or better.

Perfect front derailleur
I bought this to use on a bike I dedicated to use on an indoor trainer. I was previously using a higher-end road bike with Ultegra derailleurs. This derailleur shifts better than the Ultegra as well as being heavier made (it is slightly heavier). The price was excellent for this level of quality. I wouldn't hesitate to use this derailleur on any bike.

Works great
I have an older 2008 Cannondale CAAD 4 with Shimano Tiagra components. The front derailleur broke at the spring mount. I was having trouble finding a front derailleur that would work with a triple chain ring. Although this derailleur was a downgrade, it works very well.Installation was straightforward. It comes with shims to accommodate different frame sizes. Limit screws work well. Only downside is you'll need a chain tool to break the chain to feed it through the derailleur after installation.

The quality and price.
I like this shimano sora 3x9 front derailleur because it has 50 teeth max for a chainring my shimano 3x9 crankset has 44 chainring which this front derailleur works great! The other shimano front derailleur 3x9's only can take up 40 teeth max.

T50/T42 A no go
Will not work for a T50/T42 (large/Mid Ring), but should be OK for T50/T39.

Great product at a great price!
The media could not be loaded. Installation was easy. Did require to break the chain. Invest in a chain breaker tool to make this an easier installation. Price was great with the 47% discount.
