Wow!!The Vantrue N5S is a jaw dropper in specification and pure power.Video quality 2nd to none. Resolution 4k and 4 views 4 cameras. The box arrived and the contents is pure quality. Sony starvis 2 cameras. Day and night vision. High quality cameras and cables and mounts. This is not a budget camera system it's in a high class of its own. Fitting kit full quality. Cable fitting tool. Screen kit allowing you to kit the cameras secure. Also in a way so if you need to refit then easy.Nice long cables. 12v plug for utility socket and if you want the battery fit cable kit it's available direct to battery. I chose to fit to 12v socket and it worked out great. Took me a couple of hours no auto electrician no garage bills all diy done by me. I'm retired pensioner and it's great. The software is stable and easy to setup and use. I am really impressed the captured images. Video and stills. Again WOW !!Vantrue... Excellence in a box.

Got this to replace my existing dash cam. This is a really good dashcam and comes with instructions, or you can download them via the provided QR code. The cam itself is really good quality. The casing and accessories look good and once attached it's sturdy and solid. The majority of the settings can be done through the app, which is easy to download and use - far simpler than other ones I've used. I've been using it in the car for the last week, and whilst I've worked out some of the settings, I'm still getting used to everything on it. I've so far only installed the front camera, but this works well, the screen is clear and playback is good quality with nice clear shots. I've worked out you can use voice controls and can take a photo simply by saying "take photo"!! I've also seen that you can lock video (which you can say), which I assume marks the video at a given point on the recording. I've also heard it make a noise when I go over speed bumps or bumps in the road, which I'm assuming is making a note or taking a photo in case it's an accident. To be honest, there's lots of settings and it does lots of things and I haven't worked out most of it!! I can see that some of the functions will only run if hardwired, which again I assume if it's run to battery. I am currently only using it via the 12v plug. I'm not very technologically minded, so it's a wonder I've even got this far with it, but the longer I use it the more I will work out how it all works. From what I've seen though, it's a great piece of kit with so many security and safety settings that, whilst it is expensive, will prove invaluable if needed to prove innocence or report things.

The video quality on the Vantrue N5S is genuinely next-level – super sharp footage from all angles, even in low light. Setup was straightforward, and it came with everything needed to get the wiring tucked away neatly, which made a big difference. The rear camera cable is more than long enough for larger vehicles, and the voice control is a nice bonus. It does occasionally take random screenshots for some reason, but that’s a minor quirk in an otherwise flawless setup. Easily one of the best dash cams I’ve used.

This is the first dash cam I’ve used that has 4 cameras for full 360-degree coverage — it records the front, back, sides, and even inside the car, which makes me feel a lot safer. The video quality is great, and it is clear during both the day and night. The night vision is perfect, way better than the dash cams I’ve used before. I also really like the voice control since I don’t have to mess with buttons while driving. It has GPS too, and honestly, I think it’s got all the features I need, which makes it super convenient. The only thing is, I think it’s a bit pricey.

I was blown away by the quality of the recording of this dashcam. I've had a few over the years, and the image tends to be poor quality, or the frame rate is awaful. This camera is silky smooth and at a high enough resolution where licence plates etc are easily visible. The device itself also comes loaded with a lot of extra features which take it to the next level.I'd highly recommend this camera as it's one of the best on the market at this price point
