I received. 1 box in an envelope. The order was for 12.

Why are you advertising 12x24, when you only receive one box? That is false advertisement. No one should pay $50 for one pack

This is 12 boxes of 24 lozenges. It is a great deal for those of us who buy in bulk.

It has a menthol flavor that is strong. My husband, a singer, used it because Tom Jones uses it to help him with his voice. However, my husband's voice doctor said that menthol is not good for singer's throats. Pam
