Great vintage car stereo bulbs
LOTS of bulbs for the money. The green covers did come with this purchase. Used several to replace burned out bulbs in a 30 year old Clarion car stereo. Great replacements for this application, dimmable like the originals.

I ordered what I thought was a package of 50 incandescent miniature 12 v. bulbs with Green covers. The advertisement plainly presents this item as such. what I received was double bagged pouch containing 50 clear bulbs without covers. The whole advertisement is False and misleading. Now I am forced to purchase covers to accommodate my repair.

Not a deal breaker, but unfortunately what I expected.
I went into this with my eyes wide open. I expected that I would receive these lamps with green covers on them, as the product images showed. I was prepared to have to reuse the covers off the lamps that I was replacing with this product, which was the outcome. These lamps worked in the application I needed them to, and I have no complaints with their performance. But to be clear to anyone reading this review, this is absolutely false advertising, and I did not get the product I ordered.As far as the lamp can be rated, I find they are of the same style as the original lamps and easy to install. These were used in two different applications; one was mechanically attached to a lamp holder, the other was soldered in place. They have similar brightness to the original lamps, and I do not notice a difference between these and the remaining original lamps.I would recommend these for any similar application if you are willing to accept that they do not come with the green covers and are able to reuse the covers from your original lamps.

Arrived but that’s it
I was excited to get the bulbs to continue a project. But upon opening the paper envelope. I found some of the bulbs were broken/crushed. $9.99 for bulbs and they want $7.99 to have ups pick it back up. These bulbs are ideal for small light projects, LED back lights. But if they are not going to package them properly for shipping, then it’s not any value to order these.

The package did not include green caps
The picture from the listing shows green caps. Needed that for GX470 indicator lights. This did not ship with green caps.Please list this in advertisement.
