This kept my iPhone completely charged during the 3 days I was without power from hurricane Michael. It’s a must as part of an emergency preparedness kit. To give an idea about the performance, about an hour ago I used it to charge my iPhone from 30% to 100% and the battery only dropped 2% from 100% to 98%. I definitely recommend!

First off. I spend literally thousands on Amazon each month and never ever write reviews (good or bad), but this thing is garbage. Bought less than 2 months ago and this thing is already not working. The button that turns it on and off collapsed into the body of the unit, and I am outside of the return window. DO NOT BUY THIS. Should have followed my gut and stuck with the Anker unit I have had for over 3 years. I now am the proud owner of a $30 paper weight.

I got this so that I could keep my dad's cell phone charging during the night. He never touched it or the phone during the night. It was just connected so that when people would call during the day, his battery would be charged. Most mornings I would find that the power on the portable charger had gone to "sleep". If I put it in one of the other three ports, it would start charging and would show a 100% on the portable charger so the portable charger did have juice, by my dad's phone battery would still be low. This happened all the time. I thought maybe it was one of the ports, so I used another of them the next night. Same thing happened. The power pack itself charges easily and quickly, so in that respect it is good. This is my first portable charger so I am not sure if this is normal, but I can't imagine it is.

I bought this to charge my cameras and tablets. It is well made and will charge a lot before it needs to be charged itself. I like the fact that all three outputs are 2.4 amp and that it can be charged by either a micro usb or a lightning cable.

This battery bank has come in so handy for charging tablets on long car rides, using a USB heated blanket for football games, and while working events for using an iPad for visual aid!

Got my portable charger and couldn't use it because my Samsung Galaxy s8 port didn't fit the cord that came with charger. Disappointed! They have started making the Samsung Galaxy s8 changer cords a bit wider making it impossible to plug into this charger.After talking to customer service, I realized I was to place my phone cable into the battery to charge my phone. That was not clear in the instructions. Now it's working great!!

It's heavy but it charges my cell quickly. Once the bank is charged it holds the charge. Also charges 2 devices at the same time.
