Withholding judgment giving, neutral rating for now.
I purchased this kaizen solar charger before a vacation to the Virgin Islands. I wanted to have a large reliable charger for my devices that I could easily repower with the sun. This 1 looked like it was going to be large enough and durable enough for the job. The 1st 3 days it worked fine although we didn't really need it for those 3 days because we were at a hotel with reliable power. Unfortunately the day we were leaving where we had taken a long ferry ride and had a long day before this taking pictures and using their phone the charger seems to have failed me. I was at the airport in St. Thomas and I could not get this to charge a phone and Kindle. I use several different cables, a USB C cable and 2 different USB micro cables. I couldn't even get the flashlight to come on. My phone was at 30% and of course, on the flight, it was going to die. I had to keep it powered off in order to have any power for this trip. I even had another person plug in cables and try to charge a device and it didn't work for her either.Where the mystery really comes in is that, After returning from my trip I use the same USB C cable the next morning on the charger worked. So I do not know what was going on at the time when I really needed it. The device was not dropped the device does not have any damage.I will keep trying to use this and I will report back if I have any more of those mysterious issues. So, for now, I'm withholding judgment. It's not out of the question that I was doing something wrong but what could you possibly do wrong with this battery pack. You plug the cable in and you charger device?!?MR

Environment Friendly Power Bank
I found this item very useful as it can get charged by itself using Solar energy. It also has a capacity of 25000 mAh which will charge up my Phone so many times. It has 2 USB ports so it can charge like 2 devices at a time. I would have liked it more if any of the ports would have been QC 2.0 or 3.0. But anyways that wasn't my top priority though. Because 2.1A USB output is useful to charge up almost all of my various types of devices(Bluetooth speaker, Rechargeable Camping light) which I use while camping. It is little bulky but it is quite understandable it should be bulky to take more solar energy and to juice up huge capacity of 25000 mAh.It also have an LED button which is quite capable of showing around at complete darkness. It also have different modes for that LED so that it can even be useful to send SoS signal just in case you were lost and need help.I would suggest this to be must have item in your Camping backpack.

It is a very nice power bank
This is an excellent portable power bank. Now I don't have to worry about the zombie apocalypse (lol, just kidding.) Seriously, you don't need to worry about A/C power outlet when you carrying this portable charger. It starts charging itself as soon as solar panels expose to any source of light (even house lights at night). Solay panel might charge the internal batteries slower but it keeps charging. When the device charges itself, blue LEDs start to blink.Power bank came with fully charged. I charged my Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra twice with the power bank and it still has half of the power left. It has 2 USB ports to charge two devices simultaneously. Little LED flashlight is a handy extra bonus. Flashlight goes through a cycle of the blinking patterns when you press the power button next to LED indicators. It's little annoying sometimes and I prefer having a dedicated on/off button for the flashlight. This is a one thing I will keep handy when I'm traveling and not worry about a dead phone.

Does the job
The battery bank has met my criteria of charging my cellphone at least twice before I either wall charge it, use the cigarette lighter usb cord or solar charge it, but it’s inefficient to solar charge, cause there’s not enough sun light in a day to completely charge a dead solar battery bank. I use a solar panel charger to charge my battery bank and then use the battery bank to charge cell phone, Rechargeable headlamp and Rechargeable flashlight. I bring 2 or 3 different brands of battery banks if i’m taking pictures, videos and or vlog’n. This is an excellent product thus far.

Good
Works well, fully charged I can charge my phone (galaxy s9) 5-6 times before recharging. Phone was not fully dead each time but give or take a few and u get the idea. It works as a quick charger. The solar panel does work but I have not tested to see how long it would take to fully charge. Does get very hot in the sun while charging something. Not so much when it's just sitting in the sun. Does have an electrical hum on occasion.

Good, high-capacity battery
This charger would be ideal for travel, but the solar charging is not particularly fast. I would still depend on the wall charging, if possible, so that you can get a full charge in a reasonable time frame. Other than that, the unit itself works really well and can charge a lo and the two USB ports are great for charging two devices. The built-in flashlight is also useful for travel so that you don't need to carry an extra flashlight around with you. Pressing the power button twice activates it and subsequent pushes change the intensity of the light and to an SOS flash. This is a handy charger to have around for charging multiple devices and a useful light in one package.

Decent device
Pro: I took this to Europe to travel around with and it worked well. Rarely used solar charging but fully charging thru the wall outlet allowed me to go all day charging out devices.Con: One of my usb ports broke, it also has a loud whistle noise that comes from it now when I use any of the ports

The best I've used so far
This power bank is by far the best I've used so far. Power banks tend to heat up when you are trying to charge the phone. This has the capacity to charge 2 phones or tablet at once. Very very sensitive to the light where this will start charging as soon as this is under the sun or a light. One full charge can charge the phone at least 3 -4 times. I use this during my train ride to work. This has been a great asset for me to when using my tablet while riding the train. High Quality power bank which will charge with a very little light.
