Discovery World Furniture Charcoal 6 Drawer Entertainment Dresser

This product is as described. Has two shelves for entertainment purposes like a DVD player or some kind of gaming system and ample space for a TV at the top. The drawer handles do not come attached when this is delivered, so that has to be done yourself, but it's easy compared to other handles I've had to put on things. The drawers seem nice enough, though I don't know if I would put anything too heavy in it. It should be fine for clothes though. Keep in mind the grey color of this dresser is painted on. The top surface of mine had a couple of spots that were not the best, either wood showing through or spots from too much paint. It isn't sealed either, so it has more of a rougher finish.With all of that said, I'm happy with the dresser. I'm not happy with this company's shipping policies. When I ordered this, it said that this could be delivered and in some cases brought into your house. This is not the case at all. On the company's shipping policies page, it flat out says that you need to provide a phone number and setting up an appointment is solely your responsibility. Then in the part right below that, it says the carrier has to call you to set up an appointment. Neither of these are actually true. You do have to call the carrier, but it's more so they can make sure you're home on the estimated day of delivery, and that your area has a lift gate. I had to call twice, and the second time I was just given a vague 'it will be there this afternoon'. You can keep track of it somewhat, which is nice, but the appointment thing is absolutely rubbish and the conflicting information really stressed me out. However, the guy who dropped the dresser off was nice enough to bring it up to our porch.If you are someone unable to lift heavy things, this method may not be for you, as it's supposed to be curbside only. I was fortunate to have a delivery guy who was nice, and then my dad helped me bring it inside.

We originally ordered the fill size captain bed with under bed storage and the matching night stand we received both with no issues at all. We decided to order this dresser and when it arrived it was gouged in the top so I reached out to the company and within two days they had a replacement top in the mail. The customer service is absolutely amazing and I will recommend this company and furniture to everyone! My son absolutely loves it. Great product for the price! Fantastic quality! It will last him many years!

I like it it works great.But as I was moving it the top came apart a little bit not totally but still it did move.Other than that seems pretty sturdy went together easily as far as it was assembled when I got it lol.

NOT WORTH $500.00 . WAS MISSING A KNOB FOR ONE OF THE DRAWERS. AND IT'S SO SMALL. LOOKS LIKE A MINIATURE DRESSER FOR A FULL SIZE PRICE. DISAPPOINTING.

First...... The customer service of this company is beyond measure! They will go above and beyond personal service! to buy something sight unseen and to be happy with the product is shocking, but to be happy with the company as a whole is soooooo next level. I thought my package was not shipped and then because of the companies own time in investigating we found that my package was indeed delivered and my options to recover. Scott was a God send and offered so many suggestions to help! Package received and and all is well. I will definitely buy from this company again based on my interaction and the integrity shown.
