This supplement is very convenient in capsule form. The taste of black seed oil is very unpalatable...but has amazing benefits. Liquid Black seed oil tastes gross. I started taking this supplement because of having sleep issues along with deprivation and frequent waking due to chronic pain. The reviews regarding getting deep sleep are accurate. I have been taking this product daily for three weeks and I have noticed a difference in my health. I do not have my gallbladder and has helped with stomach discomfort. I liked the price and quality of this black seed oil capsule. I purchased it to help clear the cough and lingering phlegm from a respiratory infection. I took (1) 500mg liquid capsule twice a day for 1 week. It definitely suppressed my cough and reduced the phlegm. I still experienced some shortness of breath. I have asthma. I used my inhaler every 4 hours in conjunction with the black seed oil capsules. The two therapies worked great together. I improved much faster than usual. I didn't have to take steroids. One unexpected yet pleasant side effect I experienced was a decreased appetite. I will continue to take this supplement for maintenance. I will definitely purchase this product again.

I love that these capsules are very easy to swallow and that I can actually see the oil inside. I take them for their health benefits and I also give them to my 19 years old son. We take them on an empty stomach every morning and have no issues/side effects. Both of us have not been sick, ever, since we started taking these. I cannot say for sure that it is the oil itself but... high in antioxidants does help the immune system. I would recommend and I would purchase again.

Product was recommended by several people as was stated that it would be good for my overall health. I haven’t taken it long enough to notice any changes either positive or negatively. However I am noticing that I can taste it for several hours after taking it and the aftertaste is not pleasant. I will finish this bottle and then decide if it is something I want to continue.

I really enjoyed this product. I take it twice a day (once in the morning and once before bed) and I really feel a difference in my body. It does taste like oil but you get used to the taste..I don't mind it because it is honestly not bad.
