Stanton T.50X Turntable Without Cartridge

I have had my Stanton T 50 for 10 years now. It has worked beautifully. True, it doesn't get heavy use as I am a casual listener, but I play rock, jazz, folk and classical. They all sound great.

The product arrived on time, with no suprises. I have embarked on a return to vinyl, and I am buying used records that are sounding much better than ever before. This turntable has alot to do with that. I highly recommend purchasing a phono preamp. It will make things sound great. NO MORE CDS!!!!!

I've owned this turntable about 3 years. In that time the speed has slowed and slowed to the point where the adjustment (that can, but is not exactly designed to be adjusted by) slider is maxed out keeping it spinning at the correct rate. Since I don;t know how to repair it myself and I can;t find anything online, I'm having to toss it and buy a new turntable. I'm not even a DJ. I play records on occasion for listening around the house. I will not be buying another Stanton as a result.

Great turn table to have fun and get started. The sound quality is much better than other stanton turn tables I have heard.
