If you're in a situation where your dog will not be able to go to the bathroom for a while such Sona long Airline flight with layovers it is convenient to have a diaper on your dog and just not to embarrass your dog the cover is very nice I think like that my dog is very vain LOL. These are very adjustable. There is velcro and also some little snaps to make the front smaller. I have a 12 lb. Shih Tzu and bought the Medium. I immediately ordered another set.
