So far, so good
I've installed the stick about an hour ago and tried out the software I need to use in tandom and my laptop is so far running a lot smoother. I need to use a screen tint/mask, dictation software as well as a mind mapping software together (Read and Write, Dragon, and Mindview) which before was running so slow I could make a cup of tea and dragon would start to write up what I had said. It was constantly freezing but so far it's all running nice and smooth. Fingers crossed it stays like this and I won't have to struggle with my assignments as much

Great drop in expansion for my stepdads Aspire 3
Due to the many different SKU Acer have produced, I struggled to find the brand or timings of the soldered ram in his laptop. So after finding the right speed I was fully prepared for this cheap stick to be spitting out faults. 8 hr Ram test complete, no errors. Very pleased. Along with a new SSD, has given the machine a new lease of life.

Installed into an HP laptop. The product itself arrived quickly and was easy to install once I managed to access the RAM slots which wasn't a breeze. Once installed though and laptop put back together - no problem. Pleased with result.!
