Conair Hair Dryer, Worldwide Travel Hair Dryer with Smart Voltage Technology and Folding Handle, Includes Concentrator

After destroying my blow dryer on an international vacation last year, I was looking for a travel blow dryer. This Conair one is exactly what I was looking for. It is lightweight and will store easily in my carry on for my next international vacation. I love that it is able to sense the appropriate voltage, so no more fried blow dryers for me. I used it shortly after I received it and it works great. For a travel blow dryer it has lots of power and easily dried my hair. I was anticipating spending way more for the blow dryer, so happy with the great price. It’s a true value for my money. Highly recommended.

This hair dryer is lightweight, small enough for me to use on myself (I don't have to be a contortionist), I don't have to use it for travel and can still use it for home-use. It dries my hair quickly and my hair does not have frizz since this is an ionic hair dryer. It is a nice color and I like that it folds (since it is travel size) so that it fits easily inside my drawer. My arms don't get sore anymore from using an old hair dryer that was really meant for salon use (for someone else to be using on you) and it was too heavy and long, so this Conair travel size version is perfect.

I took it to Italy and Spain and the power was great plus you get two different heated options and two drying powers. The dryer works as advertised my hair is fine and curly and if I do not get a good heat and drying power it just gets freeze ,and it did a pretty good job the only thing that I didn’t like to much was the attachment I found it a bit thick probably is the plastic material they use. My conclusion is the dryer is light weight a bit bigger that other international dryers but My concern was more the weight and the drying power than the size and it fitted the bill, I will not use it at home or for traveling in the USA since I have a Dyson but for traveling to countries with different voltage is great, plus the dryer switches the voltage automatically and that is awesome.My reason for 4 stars is for the attachment being a bit thick.

Ideal dryer for travel. Many features in a small dryer.

This hair dryer works great and it was super easy to use in Europe. No need for switching any voltage changer, just plug in and it runs. It showed the correct voltage when i plugged it in in Europe and it worked exactly the same as when I tested it back in the States.And it is really quiet for such a small hair dryer.Also very easy to fold up and fits great into the luggage.

Adjustable heat and airflow, with a "cool" trigger. I just had a hairdryer with a retractable cord die and replaced it with this. It comes with a detachable concentrator. It has rocker switches for airflow and heat level, as well as a folding handle for travel.It has auto-sensing for voltage (110/220V) so no switch to flip. You could add a velcro cable tie to keep the cord neat. Good value & quality. Smaller dimensions, for packing.

It works as far as heating up, and blowing. But, I was really disappointed with the amount of blowing power it offers. They state..."Specially designed for worldwide usage, the Conair 1875-Watt Worldwide Travel Dryer features Smart Voltage Technology to automatically detect and adjust to foreign voltage!" That may be true if you combine the CURRENT IN THE USA AND THE CURRENT OVERSEAS, but it most definitely does NOT give off that blowing power in my USA BATHROOM. It was DEFINITELY NOT at 1875-watts. More like 1600/1800 watts, if that. The pros are it does fold up, and is lightweight.
