Nice layout, easy to follow, delicious recipes.
I am very happy with this book. I've been making the chocolate on a regular basis. Tonight was the Candied Orange Nut Bark- my husband says it's the best fat bomb I've made so far. The taste of the recipes I've tried so far have been quite good. The directions are easy to read and follow, and there's a nice introduction in the beginning explaining what the products are that you'll use. Every recipe has a nice photo, and the layout is clean and pleasing.I've had a little trouble reducing the coconut milk that's required in some of the recipes (you can use heavy whipping cream instead of that) so that takes a little practice, but every recipe is easy to follow. Both photos are recipes that I've made.

Mind officially blown!
At first read, this looks like a bound collection of "50 shades of truffles and bonbons", but the last chapter...oh, the LAST chapter...was worth the price of the book. Did you know you could make fat bombs out of SALMON, SARDINES, BACON+EGGS, and GUACAMOLE? I didn't until now.

Kindle version is no good
At some point in this book, somewhere around the savory section, half the content for each entry is missing. None of them have ingredients list and further in, they're also missing nutrition info. This makes all the savory recipes useless. Seriously who QAs this stuff? If I was putting out a Kindle book that people have to pay for, I would make sure the formatting didn't screw up the content! Ridiculous!

Great for Keto
Switching to a ketogenic diet is a challenge, and this is one a couple cookbooks that have helped make the change easier. The recipes are quite simple, for the most part. If you are already eating a ketogenic diet, you will most likely have all the ingredients on hand. If not, I'm not sure why you ordered the book, but all the specialty ingredients can be found on Amazon or other online stores. In a pinch, some "natural" groceries will have the ingredients you need, at a significantly increased price. I have made about 12-15 different recipes in this book, and the most time consuming part for most of them is the time to cool or freeze. It has helped me be able to have a snack food, or a small meal if I am not hungry enough for a full on meal. It also is a huge help in getting the 70-80% fat calories. The recipes are easy enough to alter if there is a different taste you prefer, or want to try something a little different. When I first switched to keto, I wasted a lot of time and money making recipes I found online, and was convinced keto was impossible. After purchasing one other cookbook (Quick and Easy Ketogenic Recipes), then this one, I found so many easy recipes to help me maintain ketosis. I highly recommend this book!

Fat Bombs are The BOMB!
These recipes are a LIFE SAVER for the Keto Diet. Anyone doing a high fat low carb diet understands the strictness of such a diet in order to stay in ketosis. This book was right on the money to fulfill my sweet tooth cravings, the author and blogger Martina of KetoDietApp.com is very passionate about what she does which comes through in her recipes. I've just gotten the book not to long ago and have already tried some of them, to name a few of my favorites ...Bacon& Guacamole fat bombs, Waldorf Salad Fat Bombs, Almond & Cashew Butter love taking a spoonful of this and knowing I'm not breaking the diet, the homemade choc dark and white are Amazing !! And lets not forget the Gingerbread Truffles merry Christmas anyone? Lol they are my favorite so far. Wonderful idea to make as Xmas gifts this years for everyone and a great way to not break your diet! I look forward for more to come from this author!

Not great for dairy free folks
Not as many savory recipes as I had hoped for. Not as many dairy free recipes as I had hoped for. I tried the bacon fat liver pate bombs and they were kinda gross even tho I like chicken liver. Also, now that I'm several weeks into being in ketosis, I don't have crazy sugar drops like I did at the beginning and find that I don't feel like I need high calorie treats on hand all the time.However, if you want sweet treats with dairy, there looks like lots of good recipes in here.

former sugar addict
Dessert that is what gets me excited. I have made a lot of these recipes and honestly they are all good. I keep pre-made bombs in my freezer at all times. That way if I get the urge there is something that I can eat that won't send me on a sugar high that won't end. I have given these to friends and to my husband (a super picky eater), they all love them. I highly recommend this book to everyone especially to all the sugar addicts out there. Eating these will satisfy you and you won't have the sugar high afterwards. Big thumbs up!!!!!!!

A Keto Diet Must-Have!
If you are on a keto diet, this book is a must have. The reason a lot of people seem to fail at diets that are restrictive, is that it is hard to stick to a really slim number of options. With Fat Bombs, you get the pleasure and joy of eating what feels forbidden, with all the benefits that add to a successful keto diet! Love the recipes - and the way it is written is very clear and easy to understand.

Highly Recommended
Started a Keto diet a week ago. This book has made the difference between success and failure for me. The book is full of great ideas for delicious keto food and drinks that are quick and easy to make. The keto coffee is wonderful in the morning. I also have tried a cheese in Parma ham bomb - which is a great snack and easily portable for when i'm out and about or just hungry. I've also tried the lime and chocolate fat bomb - which is a lovely pudding, as great so i don't feel deprived of something sweet. I also love that every recipe has a picture and the nutritional information - so i could easily add the fat, protein and carbs information to my food diary. I can't recommend this book enough.

Awesome. Repetative, yes- and thank God for that.
A lot of good recipes. All of them appear to be reasonable as far as time commitment goes and it doesn't require any niche kitchen appliances or any obscure ingredients.One evaluation noted that there are strong similarities between recipes and I see that as being true- and thank God. I hate buying a recipe book that requires me to buy mass amounts of obscure items which are only good for one or two recipes. Sure, you have vast variety but it's not worth the strain on the pocketbook.I also truly appreciate the repetition because if I'm going to make home made chocolate... I want a million uses for it. Otherwise my effort seems wasted if I come out with 12 fat bombs and no uses for the remainder of the recipe... other than to eat my feelings.

Interesting Book - Could Be A Sweet Toothed Keto Lifesaver
Putting some sweetness back into Keto but better make a list of everything you need to get started before you make anything - once you've got everything in though, you'll be sorted! Well written book about fat-bombs.

Love Martina!
The thing about Martina’s recipes which I love, apart from being delicious and healthy, is that they work! If you follow it right, it all does what she says it does. Unlike so many other recipes, there’s no second guessing, no wrong amounts, it all works. I highly recommend all her recipe books for a Keto diet!

perfect for a sweet tooth keto user
if you want to try keto i would recommend this book to anyone struggling with their sweet tooth. i found savory stuff easy but finding sweet things made sticking to the diet hard until i got this book. i have a nut allergy also and was happy to see plenty of recipes that i can use despite this. get erythritol as its used in a lot of recipes. both books recommended to make yummy easy meals. interesting read. ive lost 14lbs in 5 months, my partner has lost 17lbs. speaks for itself.
