Anntrue Collapsible Water Bottle BPA Free, FDA Approved Food-Grade Silicone Portable Leak Proof Travel Water Bottle, 18oz

 I have had this water bottle for more than two weeks now and I have to say that I enjoy it a lot.The main advantage of this bottle is that you can adjust the height of it to match the size of your drink.A true space saver! (See the pictures)It is made out of a very durable food grade silicone. It is thick enough to be sturdy and to hold the shape, and for me to be able to carry with my bare hands seriously hot coffee in my cup.The texture of the bottle is very pleasant to touch (which is not critical but nice) and is also non-slippery.Dish-washer safe, looks and feels to be very durable, I expect it to last for ages.The lid is twistable and it fixates in place for the convenience of use.Really leak-proof no matter what you do with this (see the video - I did my best to make it leak but did not succeed).

This Anntrue bottle is a 550 ml ( 18.6 fluid oz) silicon water bottle that collapses for easy storage. The features I found most important were the following:1. COLLAPSIBLE- Collapses from 9" to 5". To get a sense of what this means I have included pictures of the water bottle adjacent to some standard sized bottles ( Coke- 20m fl. oz, Minute Maid 12 fl. oz., Water bottle 16.9 fl.oz.).2. LEAKPROOF- absolutely not a drop spilled when I filled the bottle to the top, turned the bottle upside down and gave it several good hard squeezes.3. CLEANING- the mouth of the bottle is too small to fit an adult size hand through it but the is wide enough to easily accommodate a bottle brush for easy cleaning.4. NOZZLE- has a nozzle for drinking and a nozzle cap that screws so securely that no there is leakage.5. CAN BE ATTACHED TO A BELT OF BACKPACK- there is a handle that with a carabiner clip (not included) can be used to attached the bottle to your backpack or belt.IMPRESSION: Great collapsible bottle that is absolutely leak proof and is perfect for camping, hiking or travelling on the plane.

To keep it simple, the water bottle holds water/liquids really well and is quite nice to have tossed in a bag when space is limited. Overall construction leaves me feeling safe to have filled in a gym bag without leaking. I would however, NEVER recommend using for anything where you would have to blend a dry mix with liquid. The design with its collapsing ridges would make this virtually a nightmare to clean out protein powder or other powder residuals. So stick to pre-made liquids or water and I am confident it will last a long time.

I've been using the water bottle for about a week now. I'm really impressed with the quality of the product. The screw cap on top is tight and secures contents. Top lid has a hook that's built of sturdy plastic. Bottle collapses as promised to a decently smaller size. The bottom portion of the bottle is made of platinum silicone. Not sure what that ranks in the world of silicone, but it doesn't feel cheap and you can beat on the bottle because it's too thick to tear. Even when the bottle is fill it doesn't flop around too much. All and all, I liked it alittle more than I thought I would. Would purchase again. If you're looking for a foldable bottle it's a safe bet.

This is the best water bottle we have now. I’m going to order more and slowly swap out all of our old bottles. As you can see in my picture, it takes up a lot less room than the others. We have four kids, all in various youth sports, or just in need of water bottles for school, and these are versatile and space savors. They work great, you just have to unscrew the top to crunch it down as there’s compressed air, but that may seem obvious to most, just wanted to say it as my youngest kid struggled with it at first.

 Just love the thought behind design of this bottle, it’s great for daily use as well as traveling. A space saver , I can squeeze it in n baggage. Big thumbs up!

I like this water bottle a lot. It works out really well for me at work. We have water coolers there but I don’t like having to have one of those big water bottles in my lunch box for no reason and I don’t like using their little cups at work. I need lotsa water, so I just toss this little bad boy in with my lunches and then when I get to work I stretch it out, fill it up, and I’m read to go. It’s also nice because you can kinda knock it around and the rubber takes the brunt of the hit. I’ve broken two water bottles by dropping them on cement at work. I mean this can probably break like anything else but it just seems like it will be more durable. The top comes off so I can clean that easily in the sink. The bottom seems like it would be a little harder with all the nooks and crannies. A dishwasher would be nice for that. It also comes with instructions on how to get rid of that rubbery smell when you first open it. Pretty easy and straight forward.

Got this as a space saver water bottle for my son. Trying to use to hydrate during swim practice, but not take up as much space in his gym bag. I really like the high grade silicone that makes up the bottle. It seems well made and hopefully will keep up with the abuse I'm sure it will get. The lid has a nice screw-on drinking cap that does not leak and stays pretty secure. The overall plastic cap comes off and makes cleaning easy.The one drawback I see is that when you use cold water (or other liquid) in the bottle, the silicone "stiffens up" and resembles more of a water bottle. But if the liquid is warmer, even room temperature, then the silicone softens up and it is less like a water bottle. It still works, but take a little getting used to about grabbing it, squeezing it (which could be seen as a benefit when using as well).Overall, I like the shape-changing feature and the silicone is easy to clean. It is a well made product, we'll just have to see how he can change habits to use it best. Overall a 4 stars for quality, features and concept, minus 1 for oddity in everyday use.
