Was not glass bottle it was plastic

We got Sugar-free black cherry instead of vanilla. No returns. No clear way to request refund.FWIW, glass is better than plastic because, from Torani website:"The shelf life of our regular syrup in glass bottles is three years from the date of manufacture... And, for any Torani Syrups in plastic (PET) bottles, the shelf life is two years."

Great taste but unfortunately it was not a glass bottle like advertised. Not too big of a deal since it was the correct size and flavor but I was wanting glass so I could reuse.

Love having the larger size, reuseable glass bottle. The pump however has to go 2-2.5" down per pump, clogs easily, and is pretty messy. Suggest putting in your syrup in mug before brewing/pouring coffee into it.

This is great. BE sure to get the one with the pump. Puts out the right amount. Love it. Great TASTE.

Overpriced! Had to throw it away! Damaged on arrival it was leaking!

So convenient to have it in a large pump.

Even though it was individually boxed inside another box, it still came broken/leaking! :( The paper it was wrapped in made it worse... now the outside of the glass has paper glued all over it from the leaking syrup.
