This multivitamin is one of the best as far as all the vitamins it covers. It is on the larger size, but I am able to swallow it.

it helped me a lot, but it changed color and smell of my pee. it was scarry at the begining but this is not something dangerusedit after a long useage it changed smeel of my sweat and smells horrible

It doesn’t smell bad as mentioned in other comments. It helps a lot in terms of energy. I’ve been taking it for almost a year. And I’ve a subscription. I recommend if you are looking for a healthy multivitamin which is vegan.

Been using them for years. The huge dose of B vitamins is great. Even helped me avoid a hangover or two when taken before sleep.Overall: they are high potent vitamins; they make my pee turn bright yellow -- thus I can remember if I took one; they make my hair and nails grow stronger; and improve my overall health.I'm bad with remembering to take pills and will go weeks without them. Solgar 2000 makes me feel better when I take them regularly.

I did not realize that Solgar used plastic caps for this multivitamin instead of their metal caps. Disappointed.
