this product looks cute but is extremely flimsy if you try to hang any type of a plant whether it be small or large cheap wooden dowel will buckle all my snapping in half if whole whole thing doesn't completely fall over the shells are too small and too close together so if your plants are actually little bit big they will get crushed on the shelve above it top shelf has no room from where you're supposed to hang anyting I regret buying this don't waste your money

I was skeptical after reading reviews but it’s just as pictured and not hard to put together. I got it put together in about 20 minutes. It’s probably best for medium/small to small potted plants though. I have some pretty big spider plants that will not fit and are too heavy to hang on the hanging bar. I really like the shelf and I am glad I ordered it.

This product took awhile to assemble! It could have more detailed instructions or the pieces labeled at least. I bought the biggest one available as I have a lot of plants to bring inside for the winter. It was not as big as I expected. I will admit I just bought whatever one was bigger and didn’t necessarily pay attention because I really needed a plant stand. Right now it is holding A LOT of plants and it is doing great!! You will want some weight on the shelves if you will want plants hanging from it. I only decided to have one plant hanging because it’s not tall enough. It will hit the other plants. This is perfect to clip a few grow lights onto as well! Now that it is together I love it! I was scared when I got it because there was not many pieces and very light! Overall I love the way my plants look on it!

This is a huge piece of junk. I haven’t been so disappointed with a product in a long time. I’m usually pretty laid back about things and try to make do with things, but it’s impossible with this plant shelving unit. So far, it has fallen over twice, knocking plants to the floor and out of their pots just from someone walking next to it. It has a bunch of parts that, even when secure, still don’t connect well. It rocks back and forth from the slightest touch. I tried to use wood glue to shore up some of the loose or wobbly bits, but to no avail. Junk. I’m throwing it away and ordering something else.

After reading reviews I was nervous about this purchase, but didn't need to be. I'm slightly handier than average, but found the instructions easy to follow, and the shelf seems sturdy even full of plants.

The directions are not incredibly difficult to follow but they definitely could have been a bit more clear.The wood itself isn’t as strong as I thought and some of the pieces were a little split down the middle but it didn’t hinder assembling it. Unfortunately, one of the arms that is screwed to the hanging bar came broken due to factory defect. Returning it would have been too much trouble so with a lot of patience, my dad and I were able to still make it work.The entire thing isn’t the most stable, as it works best when there’s already weight on each shelf. The shelves don’t get screwed in and have a high chance of tipping over if the weight isn’t distributed correctly (we used our own screws to reinforce the shelves and they are more stable). The bottom shelf is the most likely to break as the wood making it up feels very thin compared to the smaller shelves (I placed a left over piece of plywood to make it more sturdy). I have yet to hang anything from the bar but I don’t think it could handle a ton of weight regardless of mine now being more delicate from having to fix it.Over all, it’s a place to put plants. I didn’t want to buy an expensive one and you get what you pay for. It does the job I need it to but if you are a big plant person and want something strong, sturdy and long lasting - I would look for a more expensive one.

I was going to give it 3 stars, because it took me 3 days to figure out how to put it together; and I am handy. I knocked it down to 2 stars, because Once I got it together, I was not impressed, nor do I feel like it was worth the time or money.Don’t even look at the instructions, they are not helpful or accurate.Take a picture on your phone and blow it up, work from that. I also posted pictures of how to assemble it, and how the top hanging bag attaches.My hanging bar was coming apart, so I super glued it. I also super glued the slats on the shelves that weren’t attached.If I didn’t fall in love with the pictures on here, or the idea of it; I would have sent it back, but like all bad relationships, I really want this to work. So I will make it work, even though I shouldn’t.
