Are these easy to assemble? Are they quality made?

Yes, they are easy to assemble! The tabs give you a place to put your glue. I used a lower temperature glue gun and held glued parts together until the glue cooled. After you’ve done a few you get into a rhythm. I consider them high-quality. I easily sold painted houses at craft fairs.

24 houses but lots of them are duplicates...I accidently ordered a 2nd set so am currently am mixing and matching parts to make different style houses which isn't always easy.
