Purchased this short book while I was working with traditional and alternative wholistic medicine to allow my body to release a large uterine fibroid tumor. Some of the information in this book was helpful, along with many other sources of valuable information. This book was definitely worth purchasing!

I appreciate all of Hanna Kroeger's books, I do wish she would have explained some things with a little more depth though.

Hanna was one of the best, of the 20th century. This book is basic, to the point, with many ideas I had never seen before in print. Well worth it.

A must have for all homes easy to read and follow. Not very thick so you could finish it in a day.

I was expecting a more scientific based book. It did have some useful information, though.
