Had to so.rt out the sizes from one bag . I was able to fix my heels for what one repair would probably have been and now I have many more sets. Could not quite get the tips all the way in . However they will work OK

Honestly, the tool is a litter harder to use. It couldn't get under the post cap because it wasn't small enough. But it did the job pulling out the post once I got it past the small part.

As the title says I’m getting a lot more life from the heel tips than the originals. I love wearing heels pretty much any chance I can get, so I burned through the original and extra tips that came with my heels. I’m still on my first set of these replacements, which is way longer than the others lasted! The tools fairly easy to use and putting the new studs in was very simple. I just wish they came in other colors like white, brown, or red in one set.

This is a nice idea for saving money. So far, I have tried to replace one set of heel tips. I couldn't get the old tips out with these pliers; the pincer parts are too thick. The plastic part pulled off and with the pincers being too thick I couldn't grab the remaining metal post. I'll try again when I need another replacement.

It does the job, but it is kinda hard to use. Overall it is a good product and it serve the purpose of what I bought it for.

This saves you tons of money. If ur like me and wear ur heels out often those little plastic heel nubs wear out quickly. The shoemaker charges 25 bucks to fix, with this I would say about 90% of my heels can be fixed and refitted with a new nub in minutes. A must have.

Does not work well taking out the heel cap really need to work at install the heel cap

I used to just throw away all of my heals when the heel was worn down. Then I thought "there's gotta be a way to just fix the tiny party of the entire heel" This is a gamechanger. The concept of the tools is easy to understand. It was just a little hard for me to get the old heel off of the shoe, but after I finally got them off it was smooth sailing. I HIGHLY recommend this product!
