I had purchased different bird whistles for my granddaughter and me. I kept telling her how great they were, and how realistic they sounded--until we tried them. Neither one of us could get anything but a shrill, drive-parents-crazy sound. I took a chance on this one--had it delivered to her. She was thrilled when she got it and it worked! She's 4--with a little help from her mom, (adding water), she is now trilling like anightingale :)

I bought these for my grand children. They loved them! Good idea to make a necklace out of them with the string and use them outside as water tends to leak. A smidge pricey.

It does exactly what it's supposed to. Love the break away rope so child can't choke themselves Solid and sturdy. (I have a 3 year old son who throws it all over and hits it against thing, it'd take alot to break this puppy)Just know if your child loves this thing like mine does, have some Tylenol on hand. HAHA

I'm attempting to be a bird watcher this was a fun thing to try to lure the birds to me needless to say. It didn't work I will need to get a recording of bird voices and then I will be able to be one of their friends

Very cute I love how it whistles with our without the water it does however sound better with water in it and I did not really realize That my one and a half year-old would not be able to use it she did not understand the concept but it worked out because I did it for her

The package had two birds, one works good, the other had the seam coming apart and does not work.

This is kind of expensive for the quality, but it works and my daughter is happy.
