Who knew a small bag would contain so much sea moss! I just finished rinsing, prepping and now I have it soaking overnight. Although, this is my first time EVER working with sea moss let alone purchasing dried sea moss, I’m excited. Which is probably why gave it 5 stars. But this particular brand is was sold me.

Very good product

Very healthy, they don't have a scent to me. The size portion they give you is good but if you have it everyday then you'll need more. The taste is definitely something I haven't got passed yet.

Following the instructions on how to rehydrate and used blender to try to brake down enough to chuck down. Very chewy texture and harder to swallow on both hot water and cold water hydration methods I tried. It is said to have a lot of nutrients which is what made me try it. Doesnt have much smell to me.If using a fruit smoothie that has a lot of seeds and over blend before add to smoothies could be a good way to get it down but have not tried it yet

Easy to prepare, was able to mash it by hand. Although had to dilute w/more water. Once refrigerated, it congealed .Virtually tasteless. Waiting to see results in my health.
