Large Colombian Hammock Chair Lounger - 48 inch - Natural Cotton Cloth (Red and Blue Stripe)

I have bought two of these hammocks now and they are the best! The first I purchased two years ago but left at the house I sold hung in the tree there for the buyers, and the second one to use in my new home now! I’ve suspended it using a strap for a tree swing, and now with a bracket attached to my covered porch’s support beam with a chain to bring it down to sitting height.It is incredibly comfortable and supportive of larger individuals! (6’6”, 200lbs+). I purchased a different brand as I wanted a cream color to match my new decor, but when it arrived the pole was rough and splintery, as well as felt much less sturdy than my first chair. So I returned it and purchased another brown chair and am please to find the quality is much higher than my returned chair. I love that I am able to stretch out, and that the materials feel much more high quality.If I ever have need of another hammock chair in the future, I will undoubtedly come back to purchase for a third time!

I bought this product from last summer. The chair appears to be high quality and is very comfortable. The rope hanging piece (the one that is above the wooden bar) had little fly eggs embedded in it. For over a year we have tried unsuccessfully to kill the bugs and larvae. We’ve tried totally submerging the ropes in vinegar and water, we’ve used alcohol, and then bleach, we even left it outside all winter here in the northeast and they are still alive.I reached out to the seller to see if I could order a replacement rope without having to buy a whole new chair but they have been unresponsive.This is also a very deceptive seller. His profile shows his numerous 1-star reviews for hammocks sold by his competitors. He also claims to have emailed me about a solution to the bugs embedded in my hammock, but there is no record of such a communication nor has he responded to my followup requests.

I just received this "chair hammock" today and was thrilled upon opening it. The fabric is gorgeous... vibrant stripes of rich colors! Very comfortable also due to it's size and that it's 100% cotton. A full 48" width and almost 7 ft to stretch out in. I had just ordered a blue/green stripe one from another company and although it was nice, it wasn't large enough .... actually long enough for me. I wanted one where I could stretch out my legs & still feel "cocooned". I was hesitant to spend the extra ten bucks but I'm so glad I did. And I also realized it's washable with a full year guarantee. Fabulous hammock! I spent a couple hours in it all ready!

Wow wow wow wow. In this hammock chair is now my favorite place to be. At 5'8" I have plenty of fabric to stretch out fully supported, but I can also comfortably sit more upright. Tip I read: choose a tight-woven fabric hammock (like this one) for cooler climates, and a net style for hot/humid ones. In the Colorado mountains, this one is perfection. The price seems to fluctuate throughout the year, but even though I bought it "high" it was worth every single penny. I'm ordering a second one now!

Fantastic and comfortable chair. You do want a high C stand to use with this as this chair is long and will sink lower when you sit in it. I even have thrown a pillow and blanket in the chair for my extra comfort and its a dream. I can sit in a bunch of different positions and still be comfy.This is actually in our living room and serves as my recliner.

Haven't hung it yet as it's winter. But it seems well made. The receipt was a bit strange in that it said it was refurbished. Yet it looked new and didn't say anything like that in the description on line.

This hammock swing is my new happy place! Big enough to stretch out, yet cozy enough to curl up and read a book, this hammock is fabulous. The colors are vibrant and beautiful, and the fabric really holds up in all sorts of weather--no fading in the sun. I will be spending a lot of time in this this summer and for many summers to come.

For the price you can't go wrong. I hang around in it nearly every day. It shows no signs of wear and is durable enough to repeatedly support 200lbs. It is suspended from a 3/8ths inch screw in hook. Wysiwyg.
