connector head needs to fit firmly and not loose.
The connector that goes into the the laptop is slightly loose. It's still works but is not firmly inside the computer.

The charger works great with my hp laptop.Even if its not hp the charger works just the same. Check connection as it might not be compatible with all hp laptops
