It does take a while to fluff but it's absolutely beautiful and worth taking the time. I hesitated to buy because of some differences in reviews but I'm so glad that I did. I love the different settings and how easy it was to put together. Completely satisfied with my purchase.

Beautiful tree! Looks real. The LED lights are easy on the eyes. Not too bright like some are. There are several functions. Some with twinkle lights which I love. Easy to assemble. You will need to take your time separating the branches to fill in the spaces. No big deal. Husband doesn't have to fight with strings of lights anymore which makes him very happy. Recommend. You will love it!

First, I want to say that I had purchased the same size tree (7.5 ft) 12 years ago from this same company and hoped that I would get the same quality. It was now time to retire the old tree for a new one. Love the fact that they kept the same size bulbs and did not go with what I've been seeing at other stores with the new tiny lights. Also love the way it changes colors and twinkles, with so many different variations. Love it! This tree (7.5 ft tall) came in 4 pieces instead of 3, which was a nice surprise! I believe that it makes it less weight to pick up and to put together. As you can see by the pictures I have taken, I did not fluff the tree yet, because I have a question and a slight issue that I am pretty sure that this company will be able to help me with. To be fair, it is after Christmas and the eve of New Years Eve, so when I called the customer service number, they aren't open at this time and their mailbox was full. I will try again during a "normal" work week soon. Meanwhile, my question is, what are these little colored (yellow, white and red) plastic caps I see throughout the tree branches? Can I remove them? If they can't be removed, then I doubt that they will be noticeable once I have my ornaments on and lights on. The only problem I have with the tree, is that I have a branch missing its plastic piece to keep it in place. I believe this company, once I am able to contact them, will send me the missing piece, so I'm not too worried about it, but I did want to be fair and mention it in this review.

The media could not be loaded. I was a little leery of buying a tree sight unseen, but I went for it. Actually I bought the same tree with regular lights and then decided that was dumb b/c incandescent always burn out and I should get the LED one, which I am SO glad I did... it has some really great options, my favorite of which is the slow twinkle (see video). The white color is perfect - looks just like normal bulbs, not LED. And the "real feel" is fantastic. My only complaint would be that each real-feel branch has 3 parts: the long middle part and then a shorter one on each side, and only the long middle one has a wire inside, so you can only hang ornaments on the middle one unless they're lightweight. But that isn't that big of a deal. It did take some time to fluff, but I didn't think it was ridiculous. Also it was helpful that one reviewer said when fluffing to make sure the side with brown faces up which was 100% correct and I'm glad I saw that before fluffing the wrong way! I had several people ask if it was real - it's beautiful! I was concerned it wasn't super full inside but my hubby says that makes it look more realistic. Also, it seemed very close to the ground so I put it on some 6" bed risers, which was a challenge, but worth it once completed lol. Plenty of room for presents, and it gave it a little more height. I am so very sad to be taking this tree down - I love it! And after having a skinnier tree for the past 10 years I really enjoyed the realistic shape/girth to this one. Don't fret too much about this purchase - it's expensive, but worth every penny...it just has the most classic Christmas tree look ever! <3

The tree looks very natural. I had one previously same company, same design, BUT the lighting connections were a nightmare. I sent it back. I finally gave up and ordered another tree. The new light connections make it so much easier. If it hadn't I would never have bought another one of these trees regardless of the look and the functions

Original post in 2021: The tree is super-easy to set up and looks great. The price was excellent. IN 2022, I am EDITING MY ORIGINAL POST: I bought this tree on sale for $300 and still think I got a great deal. NOTE >>> When you put the tree away try to label the connectors! I cannot stress this enough. I had no problem last year when I put the tree together right out of the box. In 2022, I nearly tossed the thing after trying to match the connectors. When I take it down this year, I will be sure to number both male/female plugs on each connection point (there are several). I will create and number some tags, using matching numbers for each 2-part connection so I won't be troubled next year. I am still very happy with the purchase and recommend the tree. It looks great if you will take the time to fluff/arrange the branches. You don't need a ton of decorations, and I love the 9 lighting options that can be easily changed with the foot pedal. BTW, I bought the tree topper star that is made for this tree and I think it's really good. It responds to the foot pedal switch so the star will match the tree.
